Cranbrook Accomodations

This was DiDi's 4th visit to Cranbrook. Mommy, PorPor and DiDi stayed at the Best Western, the Days Inn and the Sandman for the first 3 visits. Then, they discovered St. Eugene's. Wow, what a difference 10km from the city makes!



Of course, there had to be a fire alarm on the first night there....just like the thunderstorm and torrential rains on their 3rd visit. Here they are, awake at 3am. Yawn! Luckily they had their jackets.

DiDi is a frequent flyer! He goes to work with Mommy

Recently, Mommy has been going to Cranbrook to work. DiDi gets to go with her. PorPor watches him during the day. I think he has racked up more flying time than I did at 6 months of age. I went with Mommy to Fort St. John at that age.

Gymnastics

I'm a jumping jellybean! Gymnastics for 2 year olds is awesome. The whole room is padded! Whee!

Aug 1/09 - DiDi Starts Solids

DiDi is 6 months old and finally allowed to try solids. He has been so interested in my food. But, he gets to have congee first. No rice cereal because he is still so allergic to anything with cows' milk product. I can't wait until he gets green beans!

My best playmate: my little brother!

I love playing with him. He's such a good playmate 'cause he can't take away my toys. He stays where I put him too.

July 25/09 - Auntie Judy and Uncle Mike's wedding

It was a beautiful day at Cecil Green. I'm glad I was able to wear a dress. Daddy and DiDi looked hot in their suits. I made sure I had a glass of ice for the ceremony.

After the afternoon activities, DiDi and I stayed home. We didn't go to the dinner. It was too late for us to be out. Phew, we were hot. Now, we can sit in our comfy clothes.

July 22/09 - Happy Birthday PorPor

I didn't get a picture of PorPor today. She was in Cranbrook with Mommy and DiDi for work. We'll celebrate on your return!

My backyard kitty cat

This grey kitty cat always comes to my backyard, looking for food. Daddy is feeding him hotdog here. Heh, heh... ironic.
















I like chatting with it behind the screen door. I'm not too keen on him coming in though. This is my lion taming stance. Stay back cat!
