Sleep is precious

I've been waking up at 5am each morning. I don't think Mommy likes it. But, how can I sleep with all the sunlight and noisy crows? She put this stuff up on my windows last night.

Is that tinfoil ?! Ummmm..... I think we need some better shades.

Switching to soft solids and soy milk

I'm graduating from mushy food to soft solids. But, I never get enough to eat if I use the spoon myself. It's too fun to whip the food off the side of my highchair. Hee, hee....

I've also switched to fortified soy milk and formula 'cause I'm done with breastfeeding. I'm allergic to cows milk 'tho. Yuck! I'm missing out on ice cream!

More pix around the neighbourhood and house

I like my hat. It means I'm going out.

MahMah and I went to a music class at the community centre. We dance, dance, dance and shake, shake, shake!

I also like my purse. I'm such a girl!

If I'm tired, I like to sit down on the step stool or on the staircase.

I think I'm ready to go to a gymnastics class.

Mommy! I don't need my ears cleaned!

The gardener finally fixed the yard!

Our yard was in a sad state before the gardener came to fix it. The bushes and shrubs were moved to the side and grass was sown in the middle. Fresh grass with no doggie doo! All for me!

My lovely locks

My hair is getting long. It's grown back nicely since my cradle cap days at 2 months old. Remember when I had male pattern baldness?

So they tried a few ways to get the hair out of my eyes. A rubber band sorta worked.

Perhaps a hairclip?

Mommy got me a nice big pink flower clip. But, I don't like things in my hair.

Mommy decided to give me a hair cut. Snip, snip, snip as I wiggle around.

What do you think? I got a bowl cut!

What happened to my rakish bangs?! Mommy!!!!

A Day at the Park

Vancouver rains a lot. The weather was good for a few days. So, I'm off to the park. I'm not too keen on sitting in my stroller anymore. I can walk there!

OK, I'll hold your hand for a little bit, GongGong. But, the park isn't scary y'know.

There are so many things in the grass. Where are those doggies?

A twig for you!

Kaufu A came out to visit too.

At the end of the outing, I'm exhausted. It's nap time.

Some pix around the house

I'm a cheeky monkey. My mood is generally happy....until those pesky teeth come out again. I have 8 now.

Running Around Like a Free Spirit

I'm so glad to see you back! Have a Cheerio.

Mommy, I don't crawl anymore. I can toddle!

And here I go.... catch me if you can!

Kaufu R turned on that mesmerizing flashing screen on the wall. What is that?!

Uncle Dan and Auntie Sabrina gave me more story books. Hurray!

Please read it again!

B-day Party Number II

So my parents finally caught up on their European jetlag. And they can update my blog again.

I had my birthday party #2. I think they dressed me in the same clothes. That cake looks very familiar....

Whee.... helium balloons!

Nice photo-op!

PorPor and GongGong also came this time too!
