Soda Can Chicken

Mommy made her first roast chicken for DiDi. The roast chickens from Safeway and Costco must have butter because they always make Didi's skin itch and go red. So, we put broth in a pop can, coated the inside of the chicken with salt, put the broth can inside the chicken and roasted the bird! Yum!

As you know, DiDi cannot have any NUT, DAIRY or SOY product. He is very allergic. Mommy has to learn to be a better cook.
