There was so much to do on board. The childrens' program was open from 8am to 11pm each day. There was Flounder's Nursery for kids under 3 and the Oceaneer's Club and Lab for 3-10. The teenagers had their own youth activities too. We knew 4 other families on board... and Mommy went to school with the ship doctor. It's a small world after all!
DiDi didn't like Flounder's nursery at all, so Mommy couldn't leave him there for babysitting. There were a lot of sobbing 2 year olds upon pick up that first hour.
So, Didi came with me for my programs since Mommy, Daddy, MahMah or YehYeh stayed with me too. You see, I was okay at the Oceaneer's Club and Lab for the first 1.5 hours, but I got scared of the evil witch/evil Queen/evil sorceror/any villain shown on the neverending cartoons on the big screen.
There were lots of arts and crafts to do, toys to play with, costumes to change into, stories to listen to, cartoons to watch and space to jump around. The characters would come in to tell stories.
Mommy and Daddy enjoyed whatever quiet time they had on the veranda.
We were so tired each day, we started taking naps again. Then, we could stay up until 10 or 11pm!
