Sept 1/2011 Disney Cruise - eating

We ate, A LOT. There were 3 restaurants: Parrot Cay, Triton's and Animator's Palate and 1 buffet: Beach Blanket. There was a superformal adult restaurant, Palo, up high on the 10th floor that was very difficult to find as a child. And, outside, by the pool, there were 3 snack stands: Goofy's Galley, Pluto's Dog House and Pinocchio's Pizzeria plus the 24/7 drink station.

Didi and I ate on our own, without being spoon fed by adults. Not hard, when everything was so yummy. Did you know that everything is cooked in butter? No wonder it tasted so good! My favourites were macaroni & cheese, chicken strips, Mickey pasta and ice cream sundaes.

Didi had strict special orders of "no dairy, no soy" food .... plain oiled pasta with broiled chicken and steamed veggies. For dessert, I got Mickey Mouse ice cream while he got jello, fruit or gummy worms. His skin improved 100%! No itchiness, no eczema, no nighttime Benedryl!

MahMah and YehYeh were in the buffet at 6:45am. Mini-meals, fancy meals, snacks, midnight buffets, ice cream stations, room service. There was food all the time!
